New Denver is a quiet village in the mountains. New Denver and Silverton (5 km away) have almost all services : Hospital with 24-7 Emergency, School for K-12, Dental Office etc. (see our web site for a complete list).
Primarily our personal residence, operated as a Guesthouse for 15 years with a Restaurant License and a Food-Primary Liquor License. Not selling the business, but new owners could easily qualify for both.
Valhalla Wilderness Provincial Park occupies almost the whole west side of Slocan Lake. See it from the small park across the street.
Two uninsulated outbuildings on the site: 27 x 50 with power and a concrete floor and 12 x 21 with a wood floor. One-bedroom suite in daylight basement with separate entrance. Finished basement space includes three other rooms.
